Job Title: After Sales Service Manager (NOC:2243)

Job Status: 3 years, Full Time

Salary & Benefits: $58,000 per year, Medical and 15 days paid vacation per year.


Main Job Duties:


  • Assure the efficient installation, start up and operation of high pressure food processing and peripheral material handling equipment.
  • Inspect and test operation of equipment to diagnose faults;
  • Repair and adjust system components;
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults. Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment
  • Coordinates the start ups in the assigned areas, and considered the go to person due to superior diagnostic and repair skills
  • Act as working (primary duties are still on the tools) working manager and regularly assists other field positions
  • Creates and administers formalized customer training programs
  • Directly monitors and maintains customer satisfaction
  • Provides regular feedback to major suppliers through standardized reporting procedures
  • Directs, coordinates and performs the activities in a manner consistent with the company's goals and objectives
  • Takes initiative and fulfills duties consistent with company standards, policies and controllable expense budget
  • Provides input to supervisor on personnel needed to provide timely and economical maintenance
  • Scrutinizes the job parts and supply inventory to minimize investment while maintaining a sufficient level to insure proper job performance
  • Understands and takes any corrective action to insure guaranteed operating efficiency of equipment
  • Completes the proper reports and actions required by the location's operating policies including the supervision and completion of time cards
  • Provides the guidance and coordination required for the remedial repairs and major equipment overhauls and operation
  • Assists other field positions as needed
  • Contributes to 24/7 coverage

Competencies and skills required:


  • Minimum Five years work experience in area including experience as After Sales Service Manager.
  • An excellent understanding and experience with high pressure equipment.
  • A proven track record of success managing large projects.
  • Previous experience training and strong training skills.
  • Outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Years of Work Experience: Previous 6-10 Years of a technical orientation in an electro-mechanical environment

Degrees: Bachelor degree or College diploma in mechanical or electrical area

Required Language: English required and Spanish a plus
